I undertake to send a 25% non-refundable deposit by telegraphic transfer to confirm my booking for my tour. I undertake to settle the balance outstanding no later than 60 days prior to the departure date of my tour / safari. Failure to honour this second payment may be deemed to constitute my cancellation of this booking.

I acknowldege that I forfeit:

(a) Mobile camping safaris
(i) 25% of the tour cost if cancelled with more than 45 days notice.
(ii) 100% of the tour cost if booking is cancelled with less than 60 days notice

(b) Lodge Itineraries
(i) 25% of the tour cost if cancelled with more than 45 days notice.
(ii) Subject to the conditions of the lodges as booked.

All deposits and prepayments are bonded and secured through SATIB - The Safari and Tourism Insurance Brokers.
- If tour is cancelled by Papadi, 100% of payments received by Papadi will be returned to me.
- I understand that the prices quoted are per person sharing.
- I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for ensuring that I have comprehensive travel insurance, medical evacuation, medical treatment and repatriation insurance cover from date of confirming my booking.
- I acknowledge that I realise that this tour may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Papadi, and that I fully realise that there are various risks involved when travelling in Africa and it's wilderness areas, and confirm that I will not hold Papadi, it's employees, management, agents and associates liable for any costs, inconvenience or losses whatsoever in the event of the tour being disrupted, delayed, curtailed or injuries or loss whatsoever, or any other adverse situation being encountered, whether caused by force majeur, weather, road conditions, mechanical failure, negligence or any other force whatsoever.
- I absolve Papadi Safaris and Tours, their agents, employees, representatives, assignees, etc., from all and any liability whatsoever and concede that I undertake this tour entirely at my own risk.
- I have read and accept the Indemnity Form and am willing to sign the original thereof at the start of my Safari/Tour.
- I undertake to ensure that I have comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover all my payments from the time of transferring my deposit. A signed original copy of this booking form must be handed to your driver/guide at the start of your tour.
